Free delivery is offered on all items to the United Kingdom.

We regret that we are currently unable to undertake international deliveries.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item.

Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods.   Postage costs are excluded.  To return items, please fill in the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and take your parcel to a post office.   Goods are returned at your own expense and risk, and we therefore, recommend that you send by Royal Mail “Guaranteed Service”.

Returned dresses must be in an unused and unworn condition in the original packaging with the garment tag still attached.  We do not accept any items for return or exchange with an indication that it has been used*.   In such instances, the item(s) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

*  NB – when trying on dresses, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume and take care not to leave any make up or deodorant marks on the dress.   Items returned where there is evidence of these instructions not being followed will not be eligible for a refund.
